Rewatching and I don’t get how Toby clearly used Georgia once he saw her come second, led her to believe he cld see a relationship with her, knowing that’s all she wanted to hear because it was always clear since the beginning her feelings for him were deep! Knowing he had no real intention of following through since he was and probably still is focused on Chloe! As a viewer who bought into it, I’m not even mad at that! He played her but I guess it’s the name of the game, what I think is crazy is dropping her like a piece of trash and not even acknowledging her! He could’ve at least asked for the viewers to go easy on her since she was getting trolled so much or wished her the best, but nothing! Actually did the opposite and made jokes that they used to laugh at her even more since he hates her! And of course the public loved him even more cus to them he was their champion hurting this big, bad villain! Smh! Some nerve, considering you called Cely and Eyal actors! I know hurt people hurt people but damn there’s something abt kicking people when they’re down that hits different! SMH!

The problem with Chris and Toby is they let their first-season "success" go to their heads (they both did moderately well after their first season) They weren't prepared to compete with people who were on their level. Toby thought he could say whatever he wanted without the other islanders holding him accountable. Chris thought he could talk to multiple women without giving them the ick.

I saw an article saying Chris is a walking red flag because he reignited the Arabella argument. I did think the disagreement didn’t reflect well on Chris but editing, we don’t know the people so I took it all with a pinch of salt. I felt here he was very humble, apologetic and explained why he was triggered. Really level mature response… hardly a walking red flag! 🚩 Love the podcast. It’s a vibe!
